helpful and loving,

It is the number seven,

God's perfect number,

It is like the grass

and the beautiful trees

And like Christmas day

in the Islands,

 

In memory of Grace Green,

my Grandmother,

Who taught me to

love all equally,

and never give up,

When she took care of us,

while my parents worked.

I believe it's good to live,

love, and laugh a lot!

Loves to write poetry,

read, and do crochet,

Who feels happy when

Friends and Family call,

Who needs to be always

connected by phone

or internet.

Who gives her all to make

others happy,

Who fears loneliness,

poverty, and

disconnected lines,

She would really love

to see the end of war,

She shares her problems

with her prayer group,

She is Mother,

Grand and Great-

grand mother,

 and a Good Friend,

She is a resident of

God’s earth and

happy to be alive.
