I don't think

you can look for love

All you can do is get

yourself in a situation,

Where you don't

discourage something

That may be rather nice,

love is friendship set on fire.

You say why two people love

each other or find each other

It is something that

either works or it doesn't,

You don't want to mess

Around with it

when it's working

If you really want it to work

in a relationship.

You have to meet

in the middle,

compromise often

It's not coach and player,

its two sides of the same coin

Love has nothing to do

with what you expect to get

Only what you are

expecting to give

Which is.....Everything

Count your blessings

take nothing for granted

Nothing is promised,

freely given

Take time to visit,

loved ones all

You never know,

when one will fall.

Say your prayers

mend your mistakes

Always give praise,

especially thanks

Time is expensive

spend it slowly

Memories are precious,

 ah yes…if only.

Take a moment,

smell a flower

Enjoy life’s pleasures,

 slow down

Spring has gone

summer is here

Fall is coming

and winter, oh dear.

Take a few moments,

every morning

To store your courage,

for the battle

Don’t let the day’s,

 hectic schedule

Rob you of,

your hard earned medal.

So count your blessings,

every day

Take some time,

just to say

Thank you Lord!

It is truly great to see you here...

"ROSEWOOD"

A Fictional love / ghost  story wrapped around true events in the U.S.A. historic period of the civil war. Rosewood" is set a plantation in Tennessee. Read how the plantation goes through many changes over ther years in accordance with its many varied owners' wishes.   It is said to be haunted but then no one really knows for sure. In the story, Rosewood played an important part in the Confederate battle plan around Nashville although it will probably never be known, William Claiborne wanted it that way. Had William succeeded in completing his plan for Rosewood it could have dramatically changed the outcome of the war. In a time of courage, southern hospitality, a swash buckling hero and ladies of culture and class, Rosewood fits right in. A time when a handshake and your word was often the only contract needed to bind most business transactions. "Rosewood" then goes on over the years as properties do from owner to owner...Read how the final owner in the story puts all its pieces of history together.
